At Spoon Fitness, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your digital weighing spoon, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the spoon must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  4. Refunds and Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

  6. Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged for returns made within the 30-day period.
